South Central Bank is proud to recognize a couple of its team members who recently graduated from the prestigious Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University (LSU).

South Central Bank is proud to recognize a couple of its team members who recently graduated from the prestigious Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University (LSU).

Allie Bowles, the City Executive for the bank's Franklin, Kentucky market. She joined the bank in 2012 as a teller. Since then, she has transitioned from a teller to a secondary market lender in 2016, and then to in-house lending, where she specialized in commercial lending, and now serves leads our team in Franklin.

Todd Lockett is an experienced Agricultural Lender who has worked at South Central Bank since 2017. He is proficient in large portfolio management, government guaranteed lending, and specializes in young and beginning farmer participations.

The Graduate School of Banking at LSU is a rigorous three-year program designed to deepen knowledge across all facets of banking, economics, and related financial subjects. This year’s graduating class included students representing 18 states and Mexico, reflecting the program’s broad reach and reputation for excellence.

Bowles and Lockett were among 168 accomplished banking professionals who received their diplomas in June of this year.

A Bowling Green native she attended Greenwood High School and Western Kentucky University. Bowles recently completed the Graduate School of Banking at LSU

Allie joined South Central Bank in 2012 as a teller. Since then, she has transitioned from a teller to a secondary market lender in 2016, and then to in-house lending, where she specialized in commercial lending, and now serves as City Executive in Franklin Kentucky.

Her involvement in the community includes graduating from Leadership Bowling Green in 2017 and serving as Vice President and President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of South Central Kentucky in 2018 and 2019.

Outside of work, Allie enjoys attending WKU football and sporting events, kayaking, exercising, concerts, and playing with her two pups. She is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Cory Bowles.

Todd is an experienced Agricultural Lender who has worked at South Central Bank since June 2017. He is from Hardyville Kentucky and now lives in Linwood with his wife, Elizabeth Marsh Lockett, and daughter.

Prior to his current position, Todd worked as a Financial Services Officer at Farm Credit Mid-America and as a Department Manager at Southern States Cooperative. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences degree from Western Kentucky University and is a recent graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at LSU, receiving high honors.

Todd is on the Board of Directors for Kentucky Dairy Development Council, past member of Cattlemen’s Board, operates a beef cattle farm, and proud former FFA and 4-H member.
