Service Certified Banker III (Elizabethtown)
South Central Bank, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Service Certified Banker III in our Hardin County market. The Service Certified Banker III (S.C.B. Level 3) is responsible for performing a variety of functions in a timely manner related to all phases of customer service, teller servicing, and new accounts. Routinely handles customer questions, inquiries, or problems regarding products, services, or accounts. Supervises full-time and part-time tellers within the office. Performs performance reviews and employee interviews along with office manager. Attends mandatory teller, new accounts, and staff meetings. Follows policies and procedures as mandated by SCB. Required to work Saturdays as scheduled. This individual must possess the following qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent
• Experience with cash handling
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to work as a team player
• Teller Experience
New account experience, ability to operate general office equipment, and experience with Microsoft Office, EZ Teller, and Fiserv ITI preferred.
